Empactful was formed in 2016 by veteran healthcare operators and investors to take advantage of the massive change in healthcare.

Empactful Capital raises and deploys targeted funds where we can quickly bring operating and relationship leverage to massively scale companies. Focus funds target healthcare segments, which we believe to be poised for growth and disruption. The narrow focus allows us to go deep and build an ecosystem that benefits from synergies.
Each focused fund has a set of operating partners and advisors supported by the main Empactful team. This structure allows us to not only have domain experts as part of the fund team, but also offers targeted LPs an opportunity to invest in an area of passion or strategic importance and develop in-depth relationships with our portfolio companies. All focus funds still employ the Empactful pre-investment working engagement model to ensure alignment with entrepreneurs and support companies’ scale and growth.
